I do love instagram, I lived without it for a few months (while I tried to convert to windows phone- fail) before returning to the iPhone. I think though, that although yes the app is for mobile only, users find out about it through facebook, twitter, tumblr, flickr etc because that’s where you see the content instagram generates. Strictly mobile-only would presumably have a much bigger challenge to gain visibility. People use social networking in different ways, and I’d say they use instagram in different ways to - I use it to publish photos to my other networks, and only look at the instagram feed when I’m on the train or waiting for the kettle to boil.

Firefox looks to be doing some interesting work on their mobile browser, worth checking out here

Nice, very nice app. Would say it’s used the moleskin as a metaphor - literally it is a moleskin in an app. No chrome, edit and viewing modes are seamless.
Siine keyboard - quick theme-texting with symbols.
“Reflection” - Your iPhone / iPad, On your Mac. Handy for showing big screen apps - always a bit awkward if you find an app you want to talk about but have to pass the iPad around the room… especially if it’s part of a presentation. So this makes sense, BUT I wonder what it looks like when you touch it? I’d expect a big hand on the screen… or finger prints.

Side note; Lot of flat style apps recently (ala win7), like.
