SO. This marks the end of my second make phase of Subtle Subtitles. Apart from tweaking code and such as I test with my user(s) this IS my honors project. Oh and of course, that small matter of sewing in a sexy new microphone (which was ordered 2.5 weeks ago, and due to absolutely no fault of my own, isn’t here yet!)

Since the first make phase I have branded and ironed out the ipod application (still using jquery, jqtouch and phonegap + xcode) and I have physically knitted a scarf, sewed it together and made an ipod pocket. It’s all been a bit of a mission but I am very proud of the outcome. My blood, sweat, tears, breath (the on off? ho ho!) and even my handwriting have gone into this concept. I feel that it truly achieves the goals I set out to achieve very early on, and can’t wait to get my mum using it! 

I am indebted to Michelle Currie, Lorna Grzybeck and Dave Goodchild for their advice and help throughout this process… Ahhhhhhh. Pint time. :)
