Being busy...

I had four estate agents around yesterday to talk over potentially selling my flat… mixed bag of advice from them and basically it all rides on the result of this new ‘home report’ doo hickey. Hardly fair considering that when I was buying in the first place I had to get survey(s) done as a buyer, now I have the joy of doing it as a seller too!...

Maybe I don’t want as many postcards as I thought. The inspiration 10 (two don’t print ‘good’, so it is just 10) and the typeface 10 go nicely together… having spent the best part of 3 hours trying…

painted the bathroom window and phoned the bank!

I need to finish my flat, get it valued and ready for possible sale. I need to book a van for a day and empty the attic of the old kitchen and boxes and wood and rubble.
The christmas decorations need to come down.
I need to train Nuance Dragon software on my Mac. I need to make an iPhone app (website viewer really, high five!)...
